    What is the purpose of the Panel?

    The Panel’s purpose is to help Aurora Energy better understand customer needs, expectations and service requirements as it relates to our future network investment and customer service plans. The Customer Advisory Panel provides advice to Aurora Energy by advocating on behalf of a range of organisations that represent the interests of a cross-section of consumers on the Aurora Energy network.

    How are Panel members selected?

    Panel members are invited to join the Customer Advisory Panel based on their organisation’s interests in the local community. Ensuring a cross-section of organisations were represented has been important to ensure a broad range of consumer interests and needs are discussed at each Panel session.
