Submission of CPP Application with revised CPP proposal to regulator
We’ll apply to the Commerce Commission for a customised price-quality path by
submitting our final proposal for our future investment plan. We’ll explain
how feedback from customers shaped our views.

Commerce Commission process and issues paper due
The Commerce Commission will decide within 40 working days of receiving a proposal
whether it is complete. If the proposal is accepted, the Commission may engage
independent experts to assist in the review process.

Final decision on our CPP Application from regulator due
The Commission must make a final decision and set a CPP within 150 working days
after it has announced that the proposal is complete. During this time we will
work with the Commission to answer any questions it may have. A decision is
expected from the Commission by February 2021.

New pricing and reliability limits implemented based on final CPP Plan
Once approved, Aurora Energy’s customised price-quality path period would begin
on 1 April 2021, at the start of the regulatory year, and run until 31 March 2024.
